G8NB Reflective Optical Beam Smoke Detector

The G8NB comprises of a 'Detector' unit incorporating an infra-red
transmitter and receiver and either 1 or 4 Reflectors depending on the
operating range.
The transmitter generates a signal that is reflected by the reflector back
to the receiver. The internal microprocessor determines if smoke is
present, generating an alarm condition when a predetermined alarm
threshold level is reached.
The G8NB has a detection range of between 5m (16.5 ft) to 100m (330
ft).
